where philisophy intersects with culture and food

I just moved to Pittsburgh from Chicago, Illinois, where I lived for three glorious years. Before that I happily resided in Austin, Texas. Summers in the south are as bad as winters in the north. I`m still learning to adjust from one extreme to the other.
